Adam Guldan, CPA, MST
Adam joined ORBA as an intern in January 2009 focusing on tax preparation. He returned to the firm in January 2010 to join the audit staff and has been with ORBA’s audit department for nearly four years. He has been responsible for audits, reviews and compilations in both for-profits and not-for-profits. In addition, he performs audits for employee benefit plans. His not-for-profit experience includes charter schools and other charitable organizations. He recently transitioned from the audit department to the tax department to focus specifically on taxation. Some of his for-profit experience includes working on personal and business tax returns in the manufacturing, industrial maintenance and construction sectors.
Adam’s mission is to provide the best possible product to the client through his knowledge and expertise. Continual improvement through education and training is very important to him because it translates to value-added services to the client.
Communication plays a crucial role as well. Adam believes it is important to inform and teach others about tax and accounting matters. He wants to make sure clients understand what is being done and how it benefits them or their business.
Adam is a dedicated and passionate runner. He takes a consistent and dedicated approach in running which is the only way to improve speed, distance and endurance.
