Rich has been with ORBA since its founding in 1977 and became a Director in 1985. Rich specializes in serving high-net worth individuals, partnerships and privately-held companies in a variety of industries, including medical, manufacturing, construction, real estate and distribution.
He provides a wide range of accounting, tax, and consulting services to his clients including management and business consulting, budgeting and forecasting, estate planning, tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with succession and exit planning as they transition to retirement or the next phase of their career.
Rich offers professional expertise and proactive advice to his clients. He is relied on often to be an independent, pragmatic business consultant and third-party advisor who helps guide clients through numerous personal and business challenges and opportunities. Rich has enabled clients to negotiate and solve difficult family issues that require a 360-degree view of the situation – something that could only be brought through his involvement. He also helps clients receive the most effective advice possible by working seamlessly with their other professional advisors.

Rich spends his time away from work with his wife and two children. He enjoys watching his children play golf and baseball, and welcomes traveling experiences that integrate relaxing qualities and educational benefits for him and his family.
