Employee Benefit and Retirement Plan Audits
One of ORBA's specialties is providing audit and consulting services to retirement and employee benefit plans. While many of our clients use these services as part of the overall accounting services we provide, we also provide these services to clients who use other accountants for their other needs. These clients look to us for plan audits for two important reasons.

First is our expertise in this area of auditing. We count larger multi-employer, collectively bargained, multiple-plan and single-employer plans among our clients. Our firm is skilled in dealing with the audit requirements of ERISA, as well as the ever-increasing requirements of the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.

Secondly, we offer our expertise at competitive rates and help each client fulfill their compliance requirements at the lowest possible cost to the plan. Full audits are available when required by ERISA. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced.

ORBA’s Employee Benefits Services Group provides a wide range of services to sponsors of pension, profit sharing, 401(k), 403(b) and nonqualified retirement plans and other types of employee benefit plans, such as cafeteria plans.
