Frank has over twenty years of experience representing closely-held businesses, their owners and executives, as an attorney and a C.P.A. He concentrates on advising owners and executives as they progress through the diverse stages of their careers.

For instance, he is often involved in start-up business ventures including choice of entity and tax structuring issues, financing, and capital funding. As the business grows, he is often involved in cash flow analysis and budgeting, tax and value enhancement strategies. Once a business matures, Frank is active in Services, as well as personal estate and financial planning. Frank's diverse background allows him to play a key role in each stage of a business's development, and help the owners and executives meet their personal goals as well.

Frank is a former chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's Estate and Gift Section, and is also a member of the BKR International Valuation Committee. He has received the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Iinstitute of Certified Public Accountants, the Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor  designation from the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors.  Frank is also a member of the BEI Network of Exit Planning Advisors.

Frank has lectured and authored articles on topics covering business succession planning, business valuations, choice of entity, estate and personal financial planning, and other tax and business issues. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law.
