Mike has served as an accountant for closely-held businesses for more than twenty years. He has been with Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd., since 1987, and became a director in 2000. Mike specializes in providing accounting, tax and business consulting services to mid-size companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, and technology. He is also one of the firm's specialists on systems and software concerns, and is actively involved with numerous engagements involving work flow productivity, transitions to new accounting systems, and the development of accounting procedures.

Mike is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is a member of the Streeterville Chamber of Commerce, the Chicago Yacht Club, and is also active in the Indiana University Alumni Association.  Mike earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
