Please join the Not-For-Profit Group of the accounting firm of ORBA and the law firm of Chuhak & Tecson for a unique presentation which will examine key concepts that not-for-profit board members should understand in fulfuilling their role.
This presentation will cover best practices from both the accounting and legal perspecitives for those who are currently serving as board members, those who have been asked to serve on a board, as well as, organizations who are currently providing board training or plan to in the near future.
