we do not forget who we are as individuals. We recruit at top universities, and we regularly succeed in hiring and retaining
top candidates. Our staff members are closely trained, supervised, and evaluated in order to enhance their professional performance. We have an extensive continuing education program, which allows staff members to expand professional skills. Our program consists of regular internal courses, hands-on field training, and participation in national programs to ensure application of current official pronouncements, laws, regulations and interpretive decisions.
