Overview

Hector Sierra is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in professional services and Fortune 500 firms, he is skilled in overseeing the overall accounting process, developing and implementing financial processes, building strong teams and implementing operational best practices.

Prior to joining ORBA, Hector held similar positions at professional services firms where he was responsible for finance, operations, facilities management and process improvement.

Hector is currently a member of ORBA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Hector believes that building trust, listening and ensuring an open line of communication are key to building a strong team and essential for driving the success of any business. He utilizes his strong leadership and communication skills to motivate employees to work as a team to meet business objectives.

Outside of the Office

Outside of the office, Hector enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts and local festivals, and exploring the city. He also enjoys traveling, frequently visiting friends and family in Mexico. Hector likes to stay active by running or biking along the lake front and is a dedicated father of a teen girl.
