Overview
Joshua is the CPA who you can call, and they will answer. He has great relationships with his clients and his services go far behind filing a tax return. He gets to know his clients and helps them year-round to achieve their goals and understand, strategize, and plan for their taxes.
Joshua is adept at assisting business owners, executives, and families. He takes a full picture approach and is proactive with bringing new ideas, staying on top of law changes, and providing timely advice.
He is very familiar with C Corporation, S Corporation, and partnership tax rules. He serves a variety of industries including service firms (law, engineering, and consulting), manufacturing and distribution companies, real estate businesses, and many more. He also works with many businesses that have foreign operations (inbound and outbound) and is well versed with the complex tax rules involved with planning and reporting.
Additionally, equity compensation is one of his specialties. He has helped assist many executives navigate through the varying forms of compensation (RSUs, options, ESPPs, etc). He also has worked with clients through various mergers and acquisitions and understands how to plan effectively for these events and how they affect these types of compensation.

Outside of the Office
Joshua enjoys architecture, music, and culture. He is an avid concert attender – one year he attended over 100 concerts. Additionally, he likes to read and watch movies and one of his favorite genres is thrillers. He has two cats and a girlfriend who occupy the rest of his time.
