As a Senior Tax Manager in ORBA’s Tax Group, Galina has more than 20 years of accounting and tax experience working with high net worth individuals, partnerships, S-corporations and limited liability companies in a number of industries, including real estate, health care, information technology, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services. Galina provides federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting services in relation to complex tax returns, including projections and voluntary disclosures of offshore accounts. She also represents clients in federal and state income tax examinations.

As a Senior Tax Manager in ORBA’s Tax Group, Galina has more than 20 years of accounting and tax experience working with high net worth individuals, partnerships, S-corporations and limited liability companies in a number of industries, including real estate, health care, information technology, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services. Galina provides federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting services in relation to complex tax returns, including projections and voluntary disclosures of offshore accounts. She also represents clients in federal and state income tax examinations.
Proactive
Galina is a self-starter who has a thorough understanding of tax law, tax code and business compliance regulations as they relate to applicable federal, state and local tax authorities. Thus, she is able to effectively diagnose, develop and implement effective tax solutions for her clients. In addition to overseeing complex tax research projects, she is always identifying opportunities to provide clients with value-added services through her leadership, communications and problem-solving skills.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Galina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests include spending time outdoors, traveling to new destinations in and outside the US, going to the theater and enjoying live performances. She also enjoys reading spy novels and doing puzzles.
