About Our Speakers

Rickey Freeman, senior managing director at Mesirow Financial, is a third-generation member of the insurance industry and is a team leader within the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice. He began his career in 1971 and has since obtained significant experience developing and implementing employee benefits and property and casualty insurance programs for a variety of clients.

Amy Steinback, vice president at Mesirow Financial’s Insurance Services Division, focuses on developing property and casualty business for the firm. She analyzes insurance coverages, products and pricing that best reflects the risk management needs of each client. Amy has served as an employee and consultant in the not-for-profit industry for 15 years.
