Overview
Brad Garrett is a Senior Associate and member of the firm’s Audit Services Group. Brad brings several years of audit experience to the firm and utilizes his skills to work with a variety of clients. His areas of specialty are in technology and manufacturing. Brad will use his skillset to supervise the work of audit staff, perform risk assessments, plan substantive audit procedures and prepare work papers. He has experience in several industries, including governmental and school districts, where he performed single audits on major programs to ensure compliance with state and federal funding requirements. He also has experience in managing projects, preparing memos for new accounting standards, including ASC 606 and ASC 842.

Proactive
Brad is a detail-oriented individual that can manage heavy workloads and multiple projects concurrently. He has also developed a knack for quickly understanding his client’s operations for initial audits and then executing the procedures to efficiently complete the audit at hand. He also enjoys growing relationships with our clients’ mid- and upper-level managers to better understand their processes and walk them through our audit procedures.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys going to sporting events, including Charlotte Hornets, Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC games. He is looking forward to attending Chicago sporting events in the future. He also enjoys video games, reading and going out with friends. He is currently studying for the CPA Exam, and is hopeful that soon he will no longer have to spend free time studying.
