Accounting Services Specialist
Position Summary:
The Accounting Services Specialist is responsible for processing assigned client engagements within the department in a cost-effective and professional manner including, but not limited to, computer-compiled financial statements, and payroll tax/sales tax reporting. This position will also be heavily involved in various one off and ongoing client and department related projects. There is one-on-one communication with clients. This position will assist with internal training of staff to serve our clients efficiently and effectively.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process financial statements and all related payroll, or sales tax returns personally assigned within the accounting services department

Position Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY:
ORBA is looking for a self motivated, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple directors/ managers throughout the firm. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and provide a high level of support by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works a hybrid schedule and comes into the office at least 2-3 times a week
- Manages multiple Directors/ Managers simultaneously and can multi-task and prioritize requests
- Prepares high volume monthly billing invoices and account statements for each assigned Director/ Manager
- Prepares responses to client notices received from the IRS and other government body agencies
- Interacts and communicates with Directors’/ Managers’ clients

Director of Family Office Services
Position Summary:
The Director of Family Office Services will consult with clients on wealth strategies while overseeing and reviewing investments amongst financial and legal professionals. They will establish and maintain a financial and operating environment that will focus on the family’s core values. The Director of Family Office Services will be responsible for the development of the structure of and business development for the Family Office service line.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the family assets, investments, properties, trusts and other interests

Position Summary:
The Estate, Trust, and Charitable Tax Senior Manager is an expert in the trust and estate practice area. They will be an internal resource and also provide guidance to clients regarding gift and estate tax planning, charitable planning and advise on tax minimization strategies in this area of the tax law. Position Summary:
The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for providing guidance to junior level tax staff on the completion of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. They will also review the work of the tax preparer and correspond directly with the Director or Client.

Position Summary:
The Audit Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients. Responsibilities include planning, directing and completing audits, developing and managing staff and reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues.

Audit Senior
Position Summary:
The Audit Senior is responsible for overseeing audit, review and compilation engagements and is responsible for resolving most accounting issues that arise during these engagements under the guidance of the Audit Manager and or the Audit Director. The individual will perform some engagements with minimal supervision and will direct staff and instruct them in the work to be performed, review the work completed by the staff and direct necessary revisions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervising the work of audit staff including reviewing their work and provide on the job training
- Conduct basic, specialized and complex financial, operational and compliance audits under the direction of the audit director.
- Perform risk assessment prior to the beginning of an audit engagement.
- Prepare the most complex work papers, to adequately document accounting & audit work performed and to support the conclusions reached.
- Prepare draft of financial statements and management letters. Will be expected to wrap up the engagement in a timely manner.
- Perform reviews and compilations
- Report progress of the audit, compilation or review engagement to both Audit Manager and Audit Director regularly
