Audit Senior
Position Summary:
The Audit Senior is responsible for overseeing audit, review and compilation engagements and is responsible for resolving most accounting issues that arise during these engagements under the guidance of the Audit Manager and or the Audit Director. The individual will perform some engagements with minimal supervision and will direct staff and instruct them in the work to be performed, review the work completed by the staff and direct necessary revisions.

Position Summary
ORBA’s Marketing Department is seeking to hire a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator who will be integral in the development, training and maintenance of our new CRM system. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the departments, directors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO and Directors of IT and Marketing to develop, maintain and administer the CRM system.
- Maintain the data integrity within the system, including:
- Review and accept updates and new data entries on both prospects and clients made by all employees.

Position Summary:
The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for providing guidance to junior level tax staff on the completion of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. They will also review the work of the tax preparer and correspond directly with the Director or Client.

Tax Manager (Athletes and Entertainers)
Position Summary:
We are seeking Tax Managers to assist in our rapidly expanding Athletes and Entertainers practice area. This position is responsible for the review of complex individual income tax returns with multi-state filing requirements, as well as related entity level returns. The Tax Manager will provide guidance to junior level tax staff on the completion of various tax returns, be responsible for ongoing tax planning, responses to tax authority notices and inquiries and other financial issues that arise among these clients throughout the year.
Essential Duties:
- Review complex individual multi-state income tax returns and related corporate, partnership, trust and S-corporation tax returns prepared by experienced tax preparers
- Bring significant tax questions and suggested planning opportunities to the attention of the Tax Director or Client
- Research and propose resolution to technical tax matters
- Complete income tax projections and quarterly estimates

Human Resources Manager
One of ORBA’s clients, Jeron Electronic Systems, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic, hands-on management of all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruitment, performance management, safety/OSHA compliance, workers compensation claims, employment law compliance, and leave management. Specific responsibilities include:
- Perform payroll processing via Paycor (Weekly and Biweekly)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- SHRM-CP/SCP and/or PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in human resources management preferably in a manufacturing environment
