CHICAGO — For the second year in a row, ORBA was named as one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces (2011 and 2010). In its’ Top Workplaces magazine, the Chicago Tribune published a list of the top 100 places to work in Chicago based on responses directly from thousands of local area employees. The award program allows workers to credit companies with having dynamic, supportive and inclusive cultures, while also showcasing employee satisfaction.
On behalf of the Chicago Tribune, WorkplaceDynamics LLC, a consultancy based in Exton, Pa., conducted exclusive, confidential surveys of hundreds of Chicago-area employees. They compiled their results and split them into three categories: small, medium and large. ORBA was named in the small category (fewer than 250 employees) and ranked 14 spaces higher than last year at number 24.
