SALT LAKE CITY — ORBA is pleased to announce the addition of three team members to its newly-opened downtown office in Salt Lake City. The new team includes Darin Fullmer, who is the head of the Salt Lake City Office, along with Lora Broberg, a Manager, and Lilli Panter, a Senior Tax Associate.
Darin Fullmer, CPA, is a Director in the Tax Group and the head of ORBA’s Salt Lake City office. He serves high net worth individuals, private equity funds, entrepreneurs and businesses in a number of industries including construction, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, private equity and real estate. He also specializes in the design, implementation and administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans. Darin is a native of southeast Idaho and attended Utah State University, where he received both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Accounting.
Lora Broberg joins the firm’s Accounting Services Group as a Manager. Her role encompasses comprehensive oversight of financial reporting to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements. Her responsibilities extend to a broad spectrum of accounting operations, such as the formulation of the general ledger, financial reporting, coordination of year-end tax and audit endeavors for clients, as well as aiding in the formulation of budgets and financial projections. She works with clients in several industries including food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and real estate.
Lilli Panter joins the firm’s Tax Group as a Tax Senior. Lilli prepares individual, LLC, corporate and trust tax returns for clients in the food and beverage, manufacturing and healthcare sector. She also prepares financial statements, files quarterly and year end reports, performs tax planning and research for individuals and businesses and manages payroll clients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University.
