Bimini Chastain joins the firm’s Cloud CFO Services Group as a Pod Leader. She is highly proficient in providing accounting oversight in multiple industries and specializes in preparing financial statements, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate, compliant records and controls for her clients. Bimini received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Minna Li
joins the firm’s Accounting Services Group as an Accounting Services Specialist. She assists the team with GAAP compliance, quality control review of workpapers, review of payroll filings, research for technical matters and various client projects. She is also experienced in budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis and the preparation of complex tax returns. Minna received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from Baruch College.
Rich Smith joins the firm’s Tax Group as a Senior Tax Manager. Rich brings more than 20 years of professional experience to the firm. His expertise lies in the preparation and review of corporate, trust and gift taxes for high-net-worth individuals and privately held, mid-market businesses, including partnership and pass-through entities. Additionally, Rich provides specialized advice to clients on various indirect tax matters, including sales and use, property, payroll and multi-state taxation. Rich received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
